Booking Terms & Conditions:

  • Dbl Occupancy & Sgl Occupancy Rates are same
  • All rates are subject to applicable government taxes of 18%
  • Children below the age of 7 stay complimentary
  • For the Blackbuck Suite category, an extra bed for the first child under 14 years of age will be complimentary. For the second child extra bed will be chargeable as per the actual rate.
  • Extra beds will only be provided upon submission of valid ID proofs
  • Only one extra bed per room is allowed
 

Reservation Cancellation Policy:

  • 45 days prior: 100% refund.
  • 30 days prior: 50% refund.
  • 15 days prior: 100% cancellation fee applies.
  • During Diwali, New Years and long weekends, as well as blackout dates, bookings are non-refundable.

Guidelines & Charges:

  • The National Park remains closed from 15th June to 15th Oct 
  • The above safari rates are valid for 5 guests per jeep and include park entrances and camera charges
  • All game drives are led by a resident naturalist from The Blackbuck Lodge and accompanied by a certified guide from Velavadar Blackbuck National Park

Policies:

  • In keeping up with our heightened security procedures, we request that all our guests carry a photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign Nationals are required to present their Passport and a valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or PAN Card.
  • Camera permit charges are not included and must be paid as per actual at the time of the safari

  • The hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs, and the check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Early arrival and late departure requests are subject to availability and can be arranged at an additional cost.

  • National Park remains closed from 16th June to 15th October.

  • Our Visiting guests are requested to please note that our lodge is 500 meters away from the National Park, hence loud music and car honking are strictly prohibited. We recommend our guests restrict /avoid the use of plastic.

  • Mandatory Gala Dinner charges will be applicable for New Year’s Eve.
