POLICIES:

In keeping up with our heightened security procedures, we request all our guests to carry a photo identity at the time of check-in. Foreign Nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of these - Passport | Driving License | Aadhaar Card | Voter ID | PAN Card.
The hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and the check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Early arrival and late departure requests are subject to availability and can be arranged at an additional cost.
Child Policy: A child below 5-year can share the parents' bed. Any footfall 5-year and above will be chargeable as per actual.
National Park remains closed from the 16th June to 15th October.
Our Visiting guests are requested to please note that our lodge is 500 meters away from the National Park, hence loud music and car honking are strictly prohibited. We recommend our guests restrict /avoid the use of plastic.
Mandatory Gala Dinner charges will be applicable for New Years’ eve.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

45 Days prior full refund.
30 Days prior to 50% cancellation.
7 Days prior to 100% cancellation.
Diwali dates/Christmas dates/long weekends and any black-out dates bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE.
